Due to the nature of the pieces, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The pieces are made to order according to the chosen size. Please refer to the measurement chart for more information on sizing.

We apologize if something went wrong with your purchase. We will give you an exchange only on the same piece in another color or a different size. Kindly note, this will not apply to any bridal wear items.

In the unlikely event that any purchased merchandise is received damaged or defective, for an exchange to be considered, you may return the unused merchandise in the same condition as you received it. All items must have its original packaging along with original tags and have it shipped within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once the product is received, the customer care team at oomphabian.com will identify the issue and revert back if there is a need for return or exchange and do the needful for you.

Steps to return your purchase by mail

  1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any purchased merchandise is received damaged or defective, please reach out to us at info@oomphabian.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original domestic and international shipping charges because international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent.

Your return will not be accepted if the merchandise is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the product. We kindly ask you to ensure that you have reported the issue and dispatch the merchandise as soon as we have accepted your request for return or exchange. Kindly make sure you have received the “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us before you dispatch the product.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +919967599675 from Monday to Friday between 9AM- 6PM. You may also send an email on info@oomphabian.com

Please be advised that some orders are shipped immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

SHIPPING

At oomphabian all items are virtually shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to the provided address in any part of the world.

Shipping ready to wear– We aim to have full stock for all ready to wear merchandise. Once the order is placed depending on the order, it will be processed within 2 business days or immediately. After dispatch, shipping normally takes 4-6 business days within India and 7-10 business days internationally. In the unlikely event the item is out of stock after the order is placed, we will promptly get in touch with you and provide you with a full refund. You will be notified via email upon dispatch of the order.

Shipping made to measure –  majority of our bridal outfits on the website are made to order and will require production time. Depending on the availability orders may take up to 30 days of processing time. Our team will get in touch with you for your requirements to ensure we meet your deadlines.

DELIVERY

Each order can only process one shipping address. when purchasing several items for different addresses, kindly treat each order separately. We do not ship to any P.O BOX addresses and will not be liable for any non delivery of these orders.

In any given circumstances, you have provided us with the wrong ship to address, the package is lost or stolen  and you have not opted for shipping with insurance we are not liable for the matter or obligated to give you a refund. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which OOMPHABIAN LLC. is not liable.

You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call Customer Service and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Due to the nature of international shipping, you may be subjected to occasionally to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment arrives in your country. Majority of the orders do not pay the additional charges. In the case where customs charges are taxed, the recipient on record of the delivery address must abide by all laws and regulations of the country the merchandise is received. However, since we are unable to calculate what and when these infrequent fees will be imposed, you will be responsible for paying these additional charges. Oomphabian takes no responsibility and will not provide a refund on the taxes and duties that are not settled by the recipient at the delivery address.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
